Global Research Analyst Settlement
Jeff Dahl was the Principal Consultant responsible for oversight of claims administration services provided by Rust Consulting for the Global Research Analyst Settlement, a 12-party settlement with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission under the direction of the Court-appointed Distribution Fund Administrator. Pat Ebener provided outreach consulting services to the Distribution Fund Administrator and designed a process that resulted in an overall filing rate of 70%. Kristin Dahl was the Sr. Project Administrator for this settlement and responsible for day-to-day project management from 2005 to 2008 as an outside consultant engaged by Rust Consulting.
