Principal
Pat is a Principal at Dahl, Inc. and advises clients on notice program development, best practices for claimant communication, outreach programs to facilitate claim filing, and preparation of claim materials.
Recently, Pat developed notice materials and an outreach protocol to encourage claims filing in the $432 million Global Research Analyst Settlement. This settlement achieved an overall filing rate of 70%.
She is a data collection methodologist with over 25 years of experience managing large scale primary and secondary data collection projects, including several research projects for RAND’s Institute for Civil Justice and Public Safety Programs. She has participated in several hundred data collection projects in connection with settlement distributions, litigation support, and public policy research.
Pat graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in social and behavioral sciences.
