Rita is a Principal and heads the claim processing and quality review team at Dahl, Inc.

Rita and a team of over 30 reviewers recently completed a comprehensive quality review of over 140,000 claims for a large securities settlement.

Rita founded her own data processing service company in 1980 and is well known in the industry as an expert in data capture quality and workflow development. Her clients included Fortune 500 companies such as 3M, Honeywell, Target, and Countrywide. Additionally, her company processed over a million claim records for Rust Consulting, Inc. including several projects with over 100,000 claims. Her firm specialized in high quality data capture on projects with tight deadline requirements, such as complex personal injury settlements involving asbestos exposure claims.

In 2005 Rita began working with Rust Consulting as a Director in the Shared Services group. In this position, she developed a processing center to receive and process personal injury questionnaires for data capture and image for one of the largest asbestos bankruptcy cases ever processed. The resulting database contained millions of imaged pages and over one billion characters of keyed data.
